Foster Hewitt Community Centre, Beaverton
Featuring 30 + vendors, this popular show and sale features Canadiana antiques, primitives, folk art, advertising, china, glass, toys, and other collectibles. The sale is a major fundraiser for the society and all funds raised go towards supporting the annual costs of operating the museum including maintenance of the four historical buildings, the archives, and the community programming.
New this year are special demonstrations of heritage crafts including broom making and rug hooking. Watch our Facebook page Beaverton Thorah Eldon Historical Society for further details about the demonstrations and times.
The $5.00 admission fee is good for both days. A food booth will be available onsite. Be sure to get your delicious homemade pie slice to end your visit on a sweet note.
